PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for completing seat attitude change in the shortest possible time by avoiding interference possibly occurring in a movement track of a seat constitution member for changing the attitude between a seated attitude and a stored attitude in the seat comprising a seat cushion displaced between a seated position and a stored position becoming in the rear-descending state to a vehicle rear area from the seated position and a seat back displaced between a seat back seated position becoming in an upright state and a stored position becoming in the falling state to the present region at the seated position of the seat cushion in which the seat cushion is locked at the seated position. SOLUTION: In the transfer control from the seated attitude of the seat to the stored attitude of the seat, displacement control including simultaneous displacement of the seat cushion and the seat back is performed such that interference of the seat cushion and the seat back is avoided after single displacement of the seat back until lock release of the seat cushion is performed.
