PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling mixer circuit, capable of effectively providing sampling pulses having a small duty ratio without increasing the frequency of the sampling pulses nor particularly narrowing down the duty ratio, and accordingly, to provide a circuit with relaxed demand level related to the frequency characteristics, up to a high range. SOLUTION: In the sampling mixer circuit, respective current paths 113-1, 113-2, 113-3, 113-4 acting as charge routes of respective capacitors C1-C4 applied to sampling are configured so that each includes a series connection circuit of a first switch and a second switch; the respective current paths are sequentially periodically turned on at respective predetermined phase differences; polyphase sampling pulses for turning on the first and second switches for each current path at a predetermined phase difference are supplied to the respective first and second switches so that the duty ratio, with respect to repetition of a conduction state in each current path is set smaller than the duty ratios of the sampling pulses.
