PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumping body capable of acting fast and sure, the structure of which is simple. SOLUTION: This jumping body includes: an upper half body 1; a lower half body 2 which is arranged relatively-movable in the approaching direction and the separating direction to the upper half body 1; a coil spring 4 which urges both the half bodies 1 and 2 in a manner to separate them from each other; a cam body 3 which is mounted on the upper half body 1, and in which a guide hole 32 is formed; a motor 12 which drives to rotate the cam body 3; and an operating member 5 which is mounted on the lower half body 2, and is guided by the guide hole 32 of the cam body 3, so as to moves the upper half body 1 and the lower half body 2 in the separating direction by the biasing force of the coil spring 4 after moving the upper half body 1 and the lower half body 2 in the approaching direction by resisting the urging force of the coil spring 4 along with the rotation of the cam body 3.
