PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely confirm presence of a fire extinguisher by utilizing a peephole and to easily detach the fire extinguisher without damaging a decorative sheet. SOLUTION: For a tunnel hydrant device, the fire extinguisher is stored inside a casing 12-2 provided with a freely openable/closable fire extinguisher door 32 having a peephole. For a positioning structure, positioning of arranging the fire extinguisher at a predetermined position visible from the outside through the peephole is performed. For the positioning structure, a storage hole for storing the bottom part of the fire extinguisher is formed at the fire extinguisher arranging position of a pedestal 72, a plane chevron-shaped positioning plate 76 is erected on the pedestal on the back side of the storage hole, and the back part of the fire extinguisher is abutted on the positioning structure and positioned.
