摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral blood flow quantification program and the like that can determine the accurate cerebral blood flow using the values of radiation counts obtained in a minimally invasive or noninvasive and simple method in determining the cerebral blood flow through the cerebral blood flow SPECT using a divided dose method. SOLUTION: The value of radiation counts of a sample obtained from one-point venous blood sampling after 55 minutes from a first dose of a medicine (<SP>123</SP>I-IMP) and multiple values of radiation counts in a brain are used as explanatory variables to derive a multiple regression expression having the partial regression coefficient obtained from the multiple regression analysis using the pre-recorded values of radiation counts in arterial blood as an object variable. Entered values of radiation counts in the brain of a subject are applied to the derived multiple regression expression to estimate the value of radiation counts in arterial blood that can be observed by the MS method-based 6-minute duration arterial blood drawing for the subject.
