PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation while charging even a slave machine that is miniaturized for portability by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An information processing system S includes a portable slave machine 10, and a charging device 30 connected to the slave machine 10 for charging a secondary battery 18 included in the slave machine 10. The charging device 30 includes an operation 35 used for input of operation information for operating the slave machine 10, a charging controller 33 controlling charging on the basis of charging-voltage operation information for charging the secondary battery 18, and charging terminals 31 and 32 supplying the slave machine 10 with a controlled charging voltage. The slave machine 10 includes the charging terminals 19 and 20 supplying the secondary battery 18 with the charging voltage supplied from the charging device 30, and a CPU 12 carrying out processing corresponding to an operation indicated by the operation information on the basis of the change of the charging voltage.
