PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an instruction regarding communication equipment to a server in which setting information regarding the communication equipment is registered even at a state that the communication equipment communicates with other communication equipment. SOLUTION: An administrator inputs an instruction for canceling registration in a SIP server for the setting information preliminarily registered in the SIP server for first communication equipment 10 to communicate with other communication equipment. When an instruction acceptance part 53 accepts the instruction input by the administrator, a state discrimination part 54 discriminates whether the first communication equipment 10 is at a communication state or at a standby state at present. When it is discriminated that the first communication equipment 10 is at the standby state, a setting information registration cancellation part 52 executes registration cancellation. On the other hand, when it is discriminated that the first communication equipment 10 is at the communication state, the setting information registration cancellation part 52 stands by until the first communication equipment 10 ends communication, and executes the registration cancellation after the first communication equipment 10 transits to the standby state.
