<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-cell module capable of achieving stress relaxations to solar cells while securing electrodes for the solar cells and the adhesion of a wiring member. <P>SOLUTION: The solar-cell module includes a plurality of the solar cells 10 and the wiring members 11 electrically connecting a plurality of the solar cells 10 to each other. A plurality of the solar cells 10 includes photoelectric converters 20 and the electrodes which are formed on the photoelectric converters 20 and to which the wiring members 11 are connected. Resin layers 41 are provided at regular intervals on the electrodes, the wiring members 11 are disposed so as to be superposed to the electrodes, and parts to be bonded are formed at positions provided with the resin layers 41 among the electrodes and the wiring members 11 and connected by soldering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
