<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a double-glazed glass panel and a device for molding a glazing gasket, which are advantageous in ensuring the quality of an end product. <P>SOLUTION: If other side 1804 of a jig board 18 comes to the irradiation position of laser light by means of a laser cutter 24, a first coated section Z1 which is coated on the jig board 18 is cut by the irradiation of laser light to form a first cut surface S1 on the other side 1804 of the jig board 18. If one side 1802 of the jig board 18 comes to the irradiation position of laser light by means of the laser cutter 24, a second coated section Z2 which is coated on the jig board 18 is cut by the irradiation of laser light to form a second cut surface S2 on the one side 1802 of the jig board 18.
