PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing by joining connection terminals of two types in a case. SOLUTION: A holder 4 fixed with a through pin 3 is inserted from a lower end pin 3b side of the through pin 3 into a holder mounting hole 1b of the case 1 from above. In the insertion process, each lower end pin 3b of the through pin 3 is fitted in a cylindrical receiving part 2b of the connection terminal 2 which is previously inserted in the case 1, and passes through the cylindrical receiving part 2b, and the connection terminal 2 and the through pin 3 are electrically connected to each other.
