PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce an operator's burden and to smooth account processing by issuing a receipt printed with a provision message suitable to an individual transaction in view of various conditions in each transaction. SOLUTION: Provision messages for receipt are stored in a message storage means. When an issuing of receipt is instructed, a highly-likely-to-be used provision message is selected from the message storage means, and a receipt including the selected provision message is issued from a message printer.
