PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for minimizing the time for image processing in a circuit in which circuit configuration can be dynamically changed. SOLUTION: Switching of attribute information is detected by referring to attribute information of image data. Then, the time required for changing circuit configuration is calculated on the basis of the detected value.
