PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain/snow gauge with heater, capable of improving the capturing rate of rain/snow by suppressing fluctuations in the surface temperature of a water receiver and then fluctuations in an upflow generated near above the water receiver. SOLUTION: The rain/snow gauge 1 includes: a water receiver 5 opened upward; a filter 15 provided below the water receiver 5; a reversed measure 19 which oscillates with an axis as a fulcrum when the measure receives the water from the filter 15 and a predetermined amount gathers for each of the pair of water receivers to discharge the water to a pair of discharge port; and measurement means of measuring the quantity of water from the number of oscillations of the reversed measure 19. On the rear face of the water receiver 5, there is attached a radiation plate 8. Also, a clearance 12 is provided between the radiation plate 8 and the water receiver 5.
