PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism of a drain port strainer for drain which can fix a strainer on a drain port without processing an existing facility. SOLUTION: The fixing mechanism for fixing to a water supply/drain port da, the strainer 1 mounted on the water supply/drain port da for supplying/draining water to/from a reactor cavity CV of a reactor includes a plurality of rocking arms 21 provided rockably on a strainer body 10 of the strainer 1, a rocking operation mechanism for rocking the rocking arms 21, and a fixing means 30 for fixing rocking of the plurality of rocking arms 21. When the strainer body 10 is arranged on the water supply/drain port da, one end of each rocking arm 21 is disposed in the water supply/drain port da, and when the rocking arm 21 is rocked, one end thereof is disposed to be approached to/separated from a radial direction of the water supply/drain port da with respect to the inner surface of the water supply/drain port da.
