摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection method and a device easily determining a shape echo and a flaw echo from a plurality of echoes upon flaw detection, in ultrasonic flaw detection by a phased array method. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic array sensor 101 is controlled by an ultrasonic reception-and-transmission part 102, transmits an ultrasonic wave to an object 100 to be inspected, and detects a reflected wave appearing from the object. A data storage device 103 preliminarily stores shape data of the object 100. A computing device 104 performs ray-traced analysis to the shape data of the object 100 stored in the data storage device 103 on the conditions input by an input device 105, and produces sector scan imitation data from the analysis results. A display device 106 displays flaw-detection results by the ultrasonic array sensor 101 and the sector scan imitation data by the computing device 104, overlapping with each other. Further, the display device 106 displays the shape data of the object 100 stored in the data storage device 103 and an ultrasonic propagation route analyzed by the computing device 104, overlapping with each other.
