PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recording environmental conditions, which can record the inclination of in-transit articles. SOLUTION: The apparatus for recording the environmental conditions includes: a data storage unit 204 for storing data in a nonvolatile manner; a sensor unit 201 having a sensor including an acceleration sensor 205 for measuring acceleration; a reading control unit 202 for reading data measured by the sensor of the sensor unit 201 every first period; and a statistical processing unit 203 for performing processing including statistical processing for the data read by the reading control unit 202 in a second period set as a length of time with the length of the first period or more.
