<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network which suppresses computational complexity for computing an alternative path table to be held in preparation for upon failure, and a memory size for storage while being able to switch a communication path fast. <P>SOLUTION: Each of network nodes includes: a plurality of interfaces; a principal path table recording path information; a routing process part for transferring a packet based on the principal path table; an alternative path table storing part for storing the alternative path table recording alternative path information updating the path information of the principal path table upon failure of network resources; an alternative path table determining part for deciding whether or not the alternative path table corresponding to the network resource concerned is produced when the failure occurs in a specific network resource; an alternative path table computing part for computing the alternative path information; and a path table updating part for updating the principal path table by use of the alternative path table corresponding to the network resource in which the failure has occurred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
