<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device capable of restraining energy at gear-shifting from being consumed in vain. <P>SOLUTION: In the driving device 2 which drives a vehicle 1 by rotating an output shaft 5 by power output from at least one of the first MG3 and the second MG4, it is provided with a differential mechanism 11 which outputs a power input via the first MG3 and the second MG4 from the first rotating member 16 and the second rotating member 17, a first transmission mechanism 12 which is capable of varying a rotation of the first rotating member 16 and transmitting it to the output shaft 5 and a second transmission mechanism 13 which is capable of varying a rotation of the second rotating member 17 with a transmission ratio district from the first transmission mechanism 13 transmitting it to the output shaft 5. The switching of a transmitting path is performed in such a predetermined state that operation of each of the MGs 3, 4 is controlled so that the number of rotations of the MG of either the first MG3 or the second MG4 leads to zero when switching the transmitting path of the power from each of the MGs 3, 4 to the output shaft 5 from one of the first transmission mechanism 12 and the second transmission mechanism 13 to the other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
