PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome having excellent dispersion stability under physiological conditions in the vicinity of neutrality and useful as a diagnostic contrast agent, a therapeutic enhancer and a pharmaceutical composition; and a diagnostic contrast agent, a therapeutic enhancer and a pharmaceutical composition using the liposome. SOLUTION: The liposome includes a gas inside and fullerene encapsulated in or adsorbed on the liposome. An embodiment in which the liposome has a volume-average dispersion particle diameter of 20 nm-20μm and an embodiment in which the gas is at least one kind selected from oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, xenon, krypton, argon, a hydrofluorocarbon and a perfluorocarbon are preferable.
