PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an appropriate incident state of each pixel in accordance with the distance between an optical system and a light receiving part of a sensor, to improve the light receiving efficiency of each pixel and to uniformize their sensitivity. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device has an imaging region in which a plurality of pixels including photoelectric conversion parts are two-dimensionally arranged. A condenser lens is arranged in an upper layer of the photoelectric conversion part of each of the plurality of pixels. The condenser lenses are formed in such a manner that the farther the pixel is positioned from the center of the imaging region outward, the more its condenser lens is shifted toward the center of the imaging region. The shifting amount of each of the condenser lenses is set based on the distance from the condenser lens to the light receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion part and the depth at which the photoelectric conversion part is formed in a semiconductor layer so that light may be condensed in the photoelectric conversion part.
