PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera capable of controlling the rotation speed of a cooling fan corresponding to the exposure time set during photographing, preventing image blurring and optimizing a cooling effect. SOLUTION: In the electronic camera which has a cooling fan and cools the inside of the camera by the cooling fan, a control means for controlling the rotation speed of the cooling fan is provided, and the control means is configured so as to control the rotation speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the exposure time set during photographing.
