PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip extruding device which has a simple structure, can be miniaturized, and can easily perform anastomosis treatment using a surgical clip. SOLUTION: The clip extruding device 1 for carrying out the anastomosis of anastomosis objects 101A and 101B by a clip 6 equipped with a pair of needle-shaped sections 12a and 12b, which have a stab element, is composed as follows. It is provided with a holder 2, in which a holding part 2a, which movably holds the clip 6 in the direction of the anastomosis objects 101A and 101B, is prepared, and an extruding object 4, which has a guide part engaged with the holding part 2a and moves the clip 6 held by the holder 2 in the direction of the anastomosis objects 101A and 101B. The clip 6 has energizing force of contacting the needle-shaped sections 12a and 12b with each other, the holder 2 has a clip extending section 2b which impresses force, which resists energizing force which the clip 6 has, to the clip 6, and the extruding object 4 sends out the clip 6, which is in the condition that force is impressed by the clip extending section 2b and that the stab element is exposed, to the anastomosis objects 101A and 101B.
