The plate (1) has facings for engagement, arranged on a side of a support face, where the plate presents an anatomical profile in correspondence with that of a vertebra. The facings are shifted transversely for an assembly of two sockets (2) and two fixing screws (4). The fixing screws are engaged with a base plate for fixing the plate with the corresponding vertebra. The facings and the base plate are provided with complementary arrangements for ensuring limited and controlled rotation of the sockets with respect to the plate.
