The server (100) has receiving units (114, 116, 118, 119) for receiving data from suppliers (126, 128, 130, 131). Dynamic units (140, 142), respectively filter execution conditions (132, 134, 136, 137) of suppliers and requests of users (106, 108), so as to transmit a group of suppliers and a group (144) of users to each user and each supplier. The dynamic units implement a common community parameter (150) e.g. distance, delimiting the users and suppliers in which filtrations relative to request of user are carried out when the user or supplier is included in the community.
