<p>The device for error detecting on materials of the textile and leather processing industry (6) consists of one or several highly efficient industrial line cameras (1) with an integrated special optics, 2 m line illumination (5) by cold cathodes with the support of high-frequency throttle, an error designation unit - labelling device (3) and a computer processing unit (2) for image analysis and communication between the devices. The computer processing device (2) uses an algorithm which keeps dynamically adapting to the current width of the band and minor changes of the illumination of material (4) and upon error detection it sends a signal for the error designation unit - labelling device (3) which attaches the label at the spot where the error has been detected. This way the problem of optimizing the preparation of the inspected surface and designation of errors on the material (4) is solved.</p> |
