<p>The invention relates to a new type of compressor/pump with degenerate gear wheels, comprising two degenerate tooth wheels forming a gearing placed in a fixed housing, the degenerate wheels with even number of teeth resulting from normal wheels with even number of teeth and a higher module from which every second tooth has been removed, so that, in the degenerate gearing formed by said wheels with missing teeth, the gap resulting from teeth removal confines a compression chamber. According to the invention, the compressor/pump comprises two degenerate gear wheels (4 and 5) which are so made as to confine a compression space, said wheels being rotatable on a fixed cam shaft (7) inside which there are cut some channels for the inlet-outlet of the cooling-lubricating oil, towards the compression chamber also acting a system (8) of supplementary compression pistons controlled by the cam on the shaft (7), the intake of the working fluid taking place through a fluid intake pocket (12), and by the rotation of the gear wheels (4 and 5) on the shafts (7), the volume existing between the teeth of the gear wheels (4 and 5) and the housing becoming the volume existing between the teeth of the gear wheels (4 and 5), thereby naturally resulting a compression ratio of 2:1, a supplementary compression being possibly achieved by using the piston system (8), the compressed fluid being discharged through some compressed fluid discharge pockets (26).</p> |
