Herbicidal composition contains an active agent combination comprising: (A) at least one cyclic ketoenol derivative (I), and (B) (B) at least one safener selected from about 60 specific compounds (e.g. cloquintocet-mexyl) and four general classes of azole, quinoline, alkanamide or N-(phenylsulfonyl)-benzamide compounds (IIa)-(IId).
