The invention relates to machine building and can be used for transmission of tractive effort to relocated object. In casing (1) with end covers (2, 3) a piston (5) is located connected to flexible rod (6) with dragging clutch (32). Compaction unit of flexible rod (6) contains locked cavity (7) with flexible material and sealing elements (16, 10), compressed by the piston (15) of cover (3) and pistons (8, 9) of pressure transformer. A hydraulic actuator is outfitted by resilient backbone site including annular bearings (13, 18) connected to resilient members (11, 12, 17) by means of movable bearing bushes (14, 19) installed with ability of shifting in radial direction at bent of flexible rod (6) and in axial direction at damping of the piston (5) or the clutch (32) by compaction unit. Resilient members (11, 17) interacting to the piston (5) of pressure transducer and movable end cover (3) are matched to cleaning members. (20). The technical effect: reduction of member's wear, higher efficiency, simpler casing design and pressure transducer.
