PURPOSE: A high throughput oligonucleotide synthesizer is provided to ensure stable application in various solvents. CONSTITUTION: A high throughput gene synthesizer used in chemical synthesis of oligo DNA/RNS or protein comprises: a reagent injection unit having a matrix valve with a solenoid; a reactor at the lower portion of the reagent infection unit; a reagent container coupling part(12) which is connected to a reagent container; a sample input plate(10) having a sample inlet hole; a module receptor(20) for having a synthetic reactor module(21); and a controller(50) for controlling movement of the module receptor by width direction transport unit and longitudinal direction transport unit.
