<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for a vehicle, promptly and correctly detecting abnormality of the rotational speed of an electric cooling water pump caused by an increase in an air intrusion ratio in cooling water. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling system for the vehicle, cooling a cooling object device mounted in the vehicle, by circulating the cooling water by the electric cooling water pump 3 includes: a rotational speed detection means (a rotational speed sensor 20 or the like) detecting the rotational speed of the electric cooling water pump 3; a determination means 12 determining the occurrence of a state where a bearing in the electric cooling water pump 3 is insufficiently lubricated, when a detection value (rotational speed) by the rotational speed detection means exceeds a determining value; a variation means 13 stepwise lowering the determining value with lapse of rotation time of the electric cooling water pump 3; and a pump control means 14 controlling operation of the electric cooling water pump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
