<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator lamp device capable of being stably floated on the water or being used also on the land without receiving supply of electricity from the outside and obtaining a sufficient light quantity by few light emitting diodes. <P>SOLUTION: This indicator lamp device comprises a spherical body 2 having at least an upper side made of a light transmitting material, a restoring force imparting means 3, a solar panel 7 provided by imparting a waterproofing means to an upper part of the body 2, a cylindrical light reflecting mirror 10 provided in a center part vertical direction of a portion projecting into the surface of water when the body 2 on the upper side of the body 2 is floated on the water, a plurality of light sources 11 arranged radially at equal intervals across the light reflecting mirror 10, a pair of electrode terminals 14 provided on a lower surface of the body 2, a control part 12 and a power storage part 13 provided in the body 2, and a light detecting switch to be turned ON when a lighting circuit of each of the light sources 11 becomes dark and to be turned OFF when the lighting circuit becomes bright.
