<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing voice guide by using a PLC. <P>SOLUTION: This voice PLC includes a memory for storing voice data, a voice reproduction execution part for executing voice reproduction, a voice synthesizing LSI for reproducing voice data in the memory, a voice output part for outputting an output from the voice synthesizing LSI to the outside, and a USB port to which a USB memory storing the voice data is mounted.
