摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MnZnCrCo ferrite having &ge;10<SP>4</SP>&Omega;m specific resistance, high initial magnetic permeability &mu;<SB>i</SB>and saturation magnetic flux density B<SB>s</SB>and flat frequency characteristic &mu;<SB>i</SB>from 10 kHz to 1 MHz. <P>SOLUTION: The high resistance high saturation magnetic flux density MnZnCrCo ferrite has a base component composition of 46.0-49.8 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 2.0-18.0 mol% ZnO, 0.1-1.5 mol% Cr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0.1-3.0 mol% CoO and the balance MnO expressed in terms of oxide and as accessory constituents, contains SiO<SB>2</SB>and CaO in the ratio (SiO<SB>2</SB>:CaO) by mol% of 0-40 (excluding 0):100-60 (excluding 100) and 100-2,500 mass.ppm in total of SiO<SB>2</SB>and CaO, wherein the saturation magnetic flux density B<SB>s</SB>in 1.2 kA/m applied magnetic field at room temperature and the initial magnetic permeability &mu;<SB>i</SB>in 100 kHz frequency satisfy a predetermined relationship with respect to the content (mol%) of ZnO and the specific resistance is &ge;10<SP>4</SP>&Omega;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
