<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve, by practically using the Internet, the following problems: a comprehensive support site for the handicapped person does not exist; the handicapped person does not have a means to sell a manufactured product to society; a work of the handicapped person is not necessarily socially properly evaluated under the present situation; and measures such that the handicapped person can easily and safely participate society are needed. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic portal site for the handicapped person is started and operated. A shopping site wherein the handicapped person can sell the work manufactured by the handicapped person at ease at a proper price without taking a comission or manhours is started. The site is covered by advertisement income and a contribution of an enterprise or a welfare-related person, and does not demand a burden on the handicapped person side at all. When the site becomes famous, access concentrates on the site.
