IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulatively display a three-dimensional image.

SOLUTION: An image storing unit 32 stores a plurality of images obtained by capturing objects from a plurality of different visual points. A display unit 12 displays an image on an image display screen. A viewing and listening angle calculating unit 42 calculates an angle related to the image display screen of the display unit 12 in a visual line direction of a viewer. An image interpolation producing unit 43 generates an image corresponding to the angle calculated by the viewing and listening angle calculating unit 42 by interpolation using the image stored in the image storing unit 32. The display unit 12 displays the generated image which is interpolated by image interpolation generation unit 43 on the display screen. The present invention can be applied to a mobile type image display device.
