PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beltlike sheet feeding mechanism which can smoothly carry out sheet feeding in a stool seat device in which two or more divided stool seat blocks are arranged in a circumferential direction, a sheet feeding direction change device is formed in the back of a gap between the adjoining stool seat blocks, and a beltlike sheet goes around the surfaces of two or more stool seat blocks. SOLUTION: The beltlike sheet feeding mechanism includes, at each periphery of a plurality of guide rollers having mutually nonparallel rotary shafts, a horizontal rotation body equipped with pulleys rotating in a horizontal direction and a rotation transmission member, and a rope or a belt, which is built over between the pulleys. A constitution is set that, at one end of the guide roller, a to-be- rotated transmission member which changes the rotation of the rotation transmission member into rotation in a perpendicular direction is continuously placed near. Optionally, a constitution is formed to include pulleys to be fixed to a plurality of guide rollers, the rope or the belt, which is built over between the pulleys, and a means, which is located in the middle of the rope or the belt and changes its traveling direction, and each of the guide rollers carries out rotation by oneself.
