PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in the work in setting the lighting control of a plurality of lighting systems. SOLUTION: The lighting controlling signal generating device includes: a projecting part 3 for projecting color information disposed in a first space to a second space in which lighting system identification marks are optionally disposed; an associating part 4 for associating the color information projected from the first space with one or a plurality of lighting system identification marks disposed in the second space; an information converting part 5 for converting the color information associated with the lighting system identification marks into lighting controlling signals; and a monitoring information generating part 7 for displaying monitoring information representing a prescribed state of the color information, etc. as an image in a display 30.
