PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving recorder which provides driving records for safe driving education to drivers, and also to provide a driving analysis system which analyzes a driving state, based on the driving records. SOLUTION: The driving recorder is equipped with: an image recording part 2 for recording image data photographed by a stereo camera 1; a three-dimensional image information calculation part 3 for calculating three-dimensional image information from the image data; a moving object specification part 4 for specifying an image portion corresponding to a moving object in an image based on the three-dimensional image information; a speed calculation part 5 for detecting a speed of the own vehicle based on the three-dimensional image information; an inter-vehicle distance detection part 6 for detecting an inter-vehicle distance between the own vehicle and the moving object; and a recording part 7 for recording driving information such as the inter-vehicle distance and the speed of the own vehicle, which is detected by the speed calculation part 5.
