PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging apparatus capable of performing safe and efficient contrast radiography. SOLUTION: This medical imaging apparatus, or an X-ray CT apparatus, an MRI apparatus, or the like, includes: an injection information acquisition section 34 which sequentially obtains injection information U including an injection pressure Pr and the like when injecting contrast medium from an injector 200 into a patient 90; a pixel value acquisition section 35 which obtains a pixel value G of a prescribed section corresponding to the contrast medium in an image obtained by capturing the patient 90, for each imaging; and a display control section 38 which sequentially updates and displays a time course of the injection pressure Pr of the contrast medium and a time course of the pixel value G on a same screen. This constitution allows an operator to instantaneously obtain the time courses of the injection pressure of the contrast medium and the dying condition of the contrast medium during the contrast radiography to, according to the conditions, stop the contrast radiography or continue the contrast radiography while performing an appropriate procedure.
