<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle which includes an internal combustion engine and a motor each outputting a power for traveling, the hybrid vehicle obtaining torque for traveling corresponding to the driving force request operation of a driver while suppressing deterioration in emission, immediately after the initial start of the internal combustion engine after the start of traveling. <P>SOLUTION: In the hybrid vehicle, when it is determined that a required power Perq is equal to or more than a power limit determination threshold Pref based on a cooling water temperature Tw showing the temperature of the engine (steps S120 to S140) after the start of the engine in response to an initial start request after the start of traveling is completed, the engine is self sustained only for a power limit time tref, and the engine and motors MG1 and MG2 are controlled so that running torque based on a required torque Tr* can be obtained (steps S180 to S260). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
