PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer constituted which enables both stable temperature rise of a reagent and stable control of dispensation accuracy, while using a common reagent dispensation mechanism. SOLUTION: At measurement of an item requiring rise in temperature, a reagent is sucked from the reagent container of a corresponding reagent disc by the reagent dispensation mechanism 300 and is subsequently discharged once to the reaction vessel (reaction vessel for an item required for the rise in temperature) 106 of a first reaction portion 100, functioning as a thermostatic tank and performing reaction of the item required for the rise in temperature. After the reagent is raised to a target temperature in the first reaction portion 100, the reagent is again sucked and discharged to the reaction vessel 206 (reaction vessel for the item required for the rise in temperature of the reagent) of a second reaction portion 200 performing reaction of the item necessary for the temperature rise. According to such a constitution, the reagent can be raised in temperature with proper reproducibility, without being affected by the amount of the reagent; and if the reagent is not raised in the temperature in the reagent dispensation mechanism 300 at measurement of the item required for the rise in temperature of the reagent, control of the dispensation accuracy of a trace amount of the reagent becomes easy.
