<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve changing of an advancing direction of a workpiece and changing of the position of a vertical direction of the workpiece by utilizing influence of gravity. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder 72 energizes a rotating and connecting member 77 in an upper direction by an elastic body 73. The cylinder 72 is disposed to downwardly move against energizing force of the elastic body 73 by self weight of the workpiece 61 locked by a jumping-out prevention mechanism 78 and to upwardly move by the energizing force of the elastic body 73 when the cylinder 72 is released from the self weight of the workpiece 61. In the cylinder 72, a lead groove 91 is formed to guide turning during the downward movement and the upward movement.
