<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more efficiently removing dioxins from dioxin-contaminated soil or decomposing the dioxins. <P>SOLUTION: Silt is separated from the dioxins-contaminated soil, separated silt is blended with an acid solution to carry out acid treatment, then organic substances included in the silk are extracted with an extracting agent. Thereby, the dioxins together with the organic substances are extracted from the soil to decontaminate the soil.
