<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel flexible tube excellent in economy and improved in bending machinability during construction, and capable of preventing the generation of fluid noise estimated to be attributable to the flow of refrigerant gas. <P>SOLUTION: The thickness of a stock material is 0.2 to 0.4 mm. The outside diameter of a stock tube is denoted by d(mm). A flexible part 20 having a corrugated shape formed on a flexible tube 10 while ridges 22 and valleys 24 are alternately arranged is formed to satisfy the ratio of the outside diameter d of the stock tube to the ridge-valley depth Dd being 15-23, and the ratio of the outside diameter d of the stock tube to the ridge-to-ridge pitch p is 2.5-5.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
