PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element drive circuit which can grasp the emission state of a display section from the outside, to provide a light-emitting element drive circuit system including the light-emitting element drive circuit, and to provide electronic equipment including the light-emitting element drive circuit system.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting element drive circuit of a light-emitting element drive circuit system includes the light-emitting element drive circuit driving a light-emitting element and a control circuit outputting the lighting pattern setting information the a light-emitting element to the light-emitting element drive circuit based on the lighting state of the light-emitting element. The light-emitting element drive circuit includes a drive unit driving the light-emitting element based on the lighting pattern setting information, and a holding unit successively holding the lighting state of the light-emitting element as lighting information to enable access from the control circuit.
