<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to display a learning result when an abnormality of SRAM is generated in a passive learning, by determining in a CPU whether the abnormality of SRAM is generated in a spontaneous learning or passive learning. <P>SOLUTION: The device which is supplied with an electric power from a first system of a power source to write data into a nonvolatile first memory, stores write request determination data according to the generation source, and when the write request determination data are written into a volatile second memory, the power is supplied from a second system of the power source to write data objective for write, which are stored in a third memory storing the data objective for write and a primary factor for write, into the first memory, and when the primary factor for write stored in the third memory is accepted by the user, a write result of the data objective for write to the first memory is displayed, and in the case the third memory is initialized due to an abnormality of data, the write result of the data objective for write to the first memory is displayed when the write request determination data showing the user's acceptance are stored in the second memory.
