PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety of credit management and simplify a procedure or a configuration necessary for authentication.

SOLUTION: In a management system, a management device 30 includes: a first authentication part 321 acquiring a result of first authentication using identification information UID_IN and bioinformation BID_IN; and a management part 324 causing a management storage part 342 to store the identification information UID_IN as authenticated information A when the authentication is affirmed. A game device 26 includes: a storage part 542 storing the number CB of used credits; a reception part 560 receiving input of the identification information UID_IN; an inquiry part 62 inquiring a management part 324 about whether the authenticated information A including the identification information UID_IN has been stored in the management storage part 342; and a permission part 64 permitting transfer of a credit between the number CA of held credits in a storage device 14 and the number CB of used credits in the storage part 542 when a result of the inquiry is affirmative.
