<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child-care/nursing-care support system composed of a main apparatus installed for a baby or a care-receiver and a portable terminal apparatus to be carried by a person who raises a child or a caregiver, which allows the person who cares them to recognize the time when they have performed various actions for the baby or the care-receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The main apparatus stores information indicating each action type and time information in a storage part in association with each other as child-care/nursing-care information, when a predetermined operation corresponding to each type of action to a baby or a care-receiver is detected.
