摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample stand for measuring solar battery cells, capable of measuring the potential distribution of each section inside a solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage output terminal is connected independently and electrically to each of a plurality of voltage measuring probes 172 arranged in a probe bar 17. By connecting a test lead, or the like, of a voltmeter to any terminal among the voltage output terminals and having a solar battery cell 50 to be measured with light irradiated with the voltage-measuring probe 172 pressed against the solar battery cell 50, it is possible to measure the potential of a contact point with the solar battery cell 50 at the voltage measuring probe 172 corresponding to each voltage output terminal, to examine the potential distribution for respective section of the solar battery cell, and to evaluate the electrical characteristics of the respective section of one sheet of solar battery cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
