PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer system for a vehicle, which can switch between a state in which the relative rotation of a pair of torsion bars is prohibited and a state in which the relative rotation is allowed, and which prohibits the relative rotation when the pair of torsion bars are positioned at a neutral position. SOLUTION: In the stabilizer system having a switching mechanism for switching a dual-directional relative rotation allowance state in which the dual-directional relative rotation of the pair of torsion bars is allowed and a neutral-directional relative rotation allowance state in which relative rotation only in the direction approaching a neutral relative rotational position is allowed, the switching from the dual-directional relative rotation allowance state to the neutral-directional relative rotation allowance state is prohibited (S6) when the pair of torsion bars are relatively rotated following the turn of a vehicle during turning of the vehicle in the direction away from the neutral position (S12 to 14).
